No Standard Refunds

All sales are final once your pixel art has been generated and made available for download.

Generation-Failure Exception

Because AI pixel art generation may sometimes miss creative expectations, refunds are not given for subjective quality concerns.

If a technical bug prevents any pixel art from being produced at all, email support.pixyme.app@gmail.com with your order number and a short description; we'll investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund.

Timelines

We'll acknowledge your request within 7 days; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within an additional 7 days.

Statutory Rights

Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights under federal or state law.
